Caught the sewing bug
Thanks to my friend Jennifer, she has finally got me into sewing again! I have had this baby blanket kit for quite a few years now. I had it tucked away, as I thought it was too complicated to do. How wrong I was! It was so easy! Now granted, I am not a sewer at all, so my lines are less than perfect, but I finished it and am happy with it. I have to wash it yet, and hoping that the cut edges fray like it says it will!

That is so cute! Don’t you love when the sewing bug bites ya in the butt?! My favorite is sitting in the living room in front of the picture window watching it snow while working on hand quilting while the warm quilt covers me up. Simply wonderful!
