Crazy busy
Where has the last week or so gone!?!? I have been busy getting the socks done for a friend that I was to see while in Chicago, but that didn’t pan out. We had our girls weekend, and had a great time until it was time to leave where we found that one of the windows was smashed on Cary’s car. What a fun ride home to Michigan that was!
In all of the craziness, I have been dealing with Jeep issues. Its been in the shop more than I have had it in my possession since buying it on March 20th. I am hoping that this is the end of the issues and hoping that an auto7 oxygen sensor doesn’t pop up this time in the error codes!
I have also started a new project for a friend’s baby to be. I have a few things to finish up on it and hoping that she likes it once its done. If it turns out well, I plan on making more of them to post on my facebook craft page.
Socks complete
I finally finished the socks I was making for a friend. I hope he likes them. I am now onto making some baby hats, and a pair of baby flip flops. I want to get going on some towels/dish clothes, to get some gift sets together to have on hand for up coming parties/weddings I have to go to.
How cute are these?
I so want a pair! I am going to try and figure out how to make them on my own, so I don’t have to pay shipping for this, as the person who makes them are overseas. Or at least this one particular site. I will do some more research and come up with a solution. She also makes some cute necklaces.
I so can’t wait to either make my own, or buy some!!
Catch up
I have lots of catch up posts to do for my photo challenge. I think this week, if I have any spare time I am going to go out and get all the pictures I need to finish up this challenge. I have been working on the pair of socks I need to have finished for this month so I can deliver them when I go to Chicago.
In between all of this, I have rearranged the living room, and had to make a run to the store for some new vacuum cups, as the one in mine was not working properly. Luckily we had to take Trent to work, so I waited until them to go out.
All of my busy work is done, so now its time for Fairy Tales and some dessert. Doesn’t this look yummy!

What’s your book style?
I love to read, and books have always been my favorite, but I have been sucked into the world of technology and went on the hunt for the best e reader and got myself a Kindle.
I love it! It makes reading so much easier when I an knitting. I don’t have to try and prop open the book, and just have to swipe the page to go to the next! I also have lots of apps on it, and when it gets slow at work and I don’t want to read, I can connect to the wi-fi and play games!
Love the joy of technology!!
