Strawberry jam
Its that time of year… strawberries are ripe and ready for picking. My friend Briana and I made strawberry jam. We had 16 quarts of strawberries and 48, 8 oz. jam jars and 6 kids under the age of 7 (we were hoping they would all get along, and they did!). It took us a little over 2 hours from start to finish.
