PostHeaderIcon Giving it a try

Crocheting that is. I can somewhat do this, as I have made some towel toppers in the past and they turned out ok. I would like to try making an afgan, or even a sweater set for a baby. I have a few towels to do for some gifts, so I think I will start with those, to refresh my memory on the basic stitches.

Then it will be off to browse the net for some patterns to see what grabs my attention, along with this I will check out some reviews like this one, apidexin reviews, as well as some work out reviews to find the best one to do to help target my middle section.

PostHeaderIcon Computer or a TV?

I am hoping for some sales to be in tomorrow’s paper for laptops. I have to bring mine in sometime today to get looked at. The power cord is acting up. Not sure if its the cord jack or if its the internal jack. The estimate is free, which I love. We will know whether or not if it will be an easy fix. If its the internal jack, we will more than likely just look for a new laptop. We just bought a new desktop computer, so I may as well get a new laptop to, right??

Trent thinks he will get the old laptop, as he said he would deal with the faulty cord. This will most likely cause a fight with the boys. They can share. But no need to get ahead of myself, I am still holding out that it will be just the cord. Then the hunt will be on for a cheap one.

I would much rather spend the money on a new TV.

Then I can get a new entertainment center, which will be much lighter, for when I want to rearrange the living room. I will have to declutter, and probably get a new bookshelf to store all of our movies and whatnots that are in the cabinets of our old entertainment center.

I have been looking at those Topsy Turvy Tomato and Strawberry planters and wonder if they actually work. I don’t have room in our back yard for a garden, let alone enough sunlight. I was thinking about getting a stand and having these planters out front.

I love home grown tomatoes, and would like to have my own strawberries, so I can make my jam.

PostHeaderIcon Knitting, somewhat

I started knitting again. Its going slowly, but at least I am knitting. I started a blanket, and am hoping that either my cousin or friend will be having a girl so I can gift it to them. I have until fall to finish, so hopefully my arm will cooperate with me.
