If I am not paying attention, I find myself having to rip out stitches.  This pattern is worked in two rows, and no two rows are the same!  I can't wait to finish it!!

Chain Chomp hat

Making all these hats has been fun!  I have had to tinker with the directions a little bit to accomodate it to my style of knitting.  Sometimes it took me a few tries, but I figured things out and finished them.  

Next on my needlse is going to be a scarf for me!!

These are on the menu for the week.  They look so yummy, and not all that hard to make.

Taco Cups

Ingredients:

1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg.  (1-1/4 oz.) TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Taco Seasoning Mix
1 can (10 oz.) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1/2 cup  KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions:

HEAT oven to 400°F. Cook meat with seasoning mix as directed on package.

PRESS biscuits onto bottoms and up sides of 10 muffin cups; fill with meat mixture.

BAKE 15 min. Sprinkle with cheese; bake 2 to 3 min. or until melted.
 

PostHeaderIcon Time to go shopping

Its getting close to that time again. What time is that you ask? Well, Christmas time! I found some really cute wholesale fashion jewelry that I might get for my nieces. Abby is constantly writing on my dry erase board that I need to get a dog. She is a big time dog lover, me not so much.  I found this set that would be perfect for her

Isn't it cute?  I am still browsing to see what I can find for the other two girls, but nothing is jumping out at me that screams their names.  So I will keep on looking until I find the perfect gift for them!

PostHeaderIcon Dieting

Hydroxycut hardcore is one item I am looking into getting.  Its supposed to be a great fat burner, and that is something I really need!  I just can't seem to kick start my weight loss this time.  I have tried exercising, it helped some but not enough.  I am not sure what else I can do.  I am not that much of an active person, so if I can take some supplements that would be fine and dandy for me.
