Vacation
Vegas vacations. Have you gone on one? I am not much into gambling, but would love to go out there and see some of the shows. My hubby and I could even get a rental car, and do some driving, maybe I could even convince him to take me to see the Grand Canyon. I would love to get some pictures of this awesome site! I would love to go to that glass top lookout as well. Even though I am deathly afraid of heights, I would love to go out on this. Time to twist his arm a little and schedule a little vacation for just him and I.

Updating the house
Our garage is in need a good painting, but I don't really want to do it. I told the hubby to look into vinyl siding to see how much it would run us. We wouldn't need anyone to install it, as both him and his dad know how to do this. It shouldn't cost to much, as our garage isn't all that big. Then I am sure I am going to want a new garage door to go with it, as the old one will make it look dingy with new siding. He may grumble, but I just want the house to look good, so it will sell faster!
My new camera!!
I finally got my Canon camera for Christmas this past year, and I *love* it!! I love how there is no delay on this camera! I have captured so many great shots that I wouldn’t have it I had my other camera. My friend Grace has loaned me her zoom lens, and I have been having lots of fun taking pictures with it. I need to save up my money so I can buy my own. She also has a macro lens, that I want to get as well. She has some really cool shot with this lens!
I love that its an SLR camera. What is SLR? SLR refers to Single Lens Reflex, or a camera that has one single lens to both view a scene and capture an image. What this means, to the casual photographer, is the picture you take will be the same as the image you view through the lens. It also means you can change the lens to take telephoto or wide angle photos. The most appealing aspect of an SLR camera is the ability to adjust the camera's settings manually, so that a seasoned photographer generally knows what the finished picture will look like before it is ever viewed.
Wind chimes
I wish we had an over hang on our front porch so I could have some wind chimes. Not only are they attractive, but they sound very pretty. My inlaws have one that sounds really cool. I just might get them one for Christmas. I bet I could find a cute one with a hummingbird on it. They are so facsinated with birds right now. I will have to find one for our next house!
