PostHeaderIcon Jewelry

I love watching Rachel Ray, whether it be her 30 minute meals or her hour long talk show. I love learning new recipes from her. I have been admiring some of her designer jewelry she has been wearing lately. So now when ever I am out and about, I look to see if I can find similar pieces that I can afford.

PostHeaderIcon Mini Elephant Ears

I totally "stole" this from Tina's blog and will be making these this weekend.

MINI ELEPHANT EARS
2 eggs
1 Cup milk
1Tsp. sugar
1/4 Tsp. Salt
1 Cup Flour
oil for deep frying
Confectioners sugar and or Cinnamon sugar mixture
Mix 1st 5 ingredients, drop spoonfuls in deep fryer, turn over as they brown. Scoop out and dab with paper towel, coat well in sugar. ENJOY!
*I personally added a bit of cinnamon in the batter and a bit more flour, these were a big hit!*

PostHeaderIcon Health insurance

I still have a number of years before I have to think about getting medicare for my health insurance. Are they any medicare advantages I should be aware of? Most Medicare Advantage Plans are either HMOs, PPOs, or Private-Fee-for-Service (PFFS), which are all good, as I am familiar with HMO's. I like that the premiums are low. I know my inlaws talk about their health insurance all the time. When the Medicare Part D came out, it was all so confusing. I think we got everything all figured out for them so they could get their prescriptions
