What to get girls…
I have several young ladies that I need to buy gifts for this Christmas. They all are growing up so fast, its unreal. I am looking at makeup mirrors for them. They are starting to be girlie girls. I first have to clear it with their moms, as I am not sure if they are allowed to wear makeup, as I would get them some makeup to go with the mirrors.
Pumpking muffins
I finally got around to making some pumpkin muffins for my Tastefully Simple mix. I added in some raisins. Boy did it smell yummy in my house today!! I love using these mixes, just dump the mix, add water and an egg and you are good to go!!

Busy Saturday
I don't like having mulitple checking accounts but I need to go open up a new one tomorrow so I can get our paypal account verified for our mom board. I thought we could have two paypal accounts tied to one checking account, but apparantly not. So my morning will be very busy before I have a friend come over so we can scrapbook all afternoon. I am going to get my nails done as well. I had them done last weekend while I was at Mall of America, but they have slowly chipped away. I want them to look nice again, and I always do a crappy job!
A new knitting project
I have a few projects in the wings, but this is the one I started. I am knitting a hat and scarf for my youngest niece. I got frustrated with myself after I reread the directions I realized I used the wrong size needles, so I had to rip out all I did. I am not sure how many rows I had finished. Below is a picture of it when I first started on the wrong needles and had only a few rows done. this yarn is so cool, it is called Baby Bubbles. It is a regular piece of yarn with a piece of fuzz like material attached every inch or so. I didn't know what to expect while working with it, thinking that it might cause me some headaches, like catching and knotting up, but so far it is really easy to work with. I can't wait to see the final products. Stay tuned!!
Jewelry, pearls or diamonds?
If you were given the option of a pearl necklace or a diamond necklace, what would you choose. I like pearls, but would really like a diamond necklace, because hey… diamonds are a girls best friend! I have so many things I am adding to my Christmas wish list, I may as well add some jewelry to it to!! John's gonna need to work lots of overtime this holiday season!
